Our Guest Kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! Drink in the epic views over Lake Whakatipu between 6am and 10pm daily, and take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen. Plenty of fridge space, cooking equipment and amenities, and even free tea/coffee/hot choc/spices!
The Communal Bathroom is also open 24 hours, and is a uni-sex bathroom with full-length shower and toilet partitions. There’s 3 showers, 3 toilets and 2 sinks. Free shower gel is in each shower and FREE TOWELS are available at reception – so no excuses for going to bed dirty!
Our secure Ski/Board/ Bike Storage is open between 6am and 9pm. Key card accessible & under 24hr surveillance, it’s a great, safe place to store your sporting equipment when it’s not in use. The storage is also equipped with heaters during the winter months!
Our 24-hour Lounge Room is equipped with 2 LCD TV’s (one is a smart TV specifically for movies, NETFLIX, and SKY TV, and one for video games), an Xbox and Nintendo Wii, plenty of board games, and guitars. There’s also a book swap + a use-and-return travel library!
The Washatipu Laundromat is open from 9am to 9pm, and is self-service on a coin operated basis. Didn’t bring detergent? Don’t worry! There’s a detergent machine inside the laundry that’s also coin operated. Guarantee a clean experience with our brand-new industrial washers and dryers!
Finally, our Reception is our multi-use space and acts as our check-in station, information + Tour Booking desk, and general hangout space to meet your fellow travellers! Book your next adventure, extend your reservation, ask about the best restaurants, or just generally meet some of your fellow adventurers in a warm and inviting zone. The reception desk is currently open between 9am and 9pm for all your general inquiries or needs.

Almost every room has it’s own en-suite (shower/toilet/basin), and our 4 person rooms/family rooms/triples/twins also come equipped with fridge and LCD TV.
If you’re booking a Queen or a Double room – you’ll also have a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee-making facilities in your room. You’ll also be able look out to some of the best views available from accommodation providers in Queenstown, right next to beautiful Lake Wakatipu!
Most importantly, if there’s anything we can assist you with before or during your stay, please just let our friendly reception staff know – if there’s an issue, we would love the opportunity to fix it if it’s within our ability.
