What if I'm not sure how long I'll stay?
No problem! As long as you stay 7 nights or more, the weekly rate can be applied.
Just make your 7+ night reservation now to lock in your long-term weekly rate, and extend as you need with our friendly team at reception. You can make your reservation via our Weekly Rate Booking Portal.
Can I add any other Promo offers on top of the weekly rate?
Unfortunately No - our weekly rates cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or membership deals from 3rd parties
To receive weekly rates, you must book direct via our Weekly Rate Booking Portal, email, phone or in person.
What if there's no consecutive availability in the same room type (but there is 7 nights available across multiple room types)?
Don't worry - we can figure this out for you!
If there are 7 nights or more available consecutively but not in the same room type:
➡️ You can make your reservations through our Nightly Rate Booking Portal for the dates we have available consecutively and then contact us to link them to apply the weekly discounted rates

What if I'm part of a group and we want a private room?
No problem - we have rooms just for you!
We have multiple Group & Family room options available that can all receive a weekly rate when they're booked direct.
The following room types are all considered 'private' (for your group only):
- Twin
- Triple
- Quad
- Family
- 6-Bed Private
If those room types are available for a week or more on our Weekly Rates Booking Portal, you're in luck! Each guest receives the same dollar value saved per night, so your whole group can save $$
My friend and I want to stay and book separately, but we want to be in the same room - can we?
Generally speaking - Yes! But it does depend on availability.
If you want to guarantee your stay with friends in the same room, then we recommend booking one of our Queen or Double room options or our Group & Family room options, which are also available to book on our weekly rates.
If you want to book separately but be in the same room, please get in touch once you've made your reservations and we will do our best to assist you. Availability can sometimes be tricky, but we will always do our best!
How can I make a reservation for your weekly rate package?
Easy-as! Just follow the instructions as follows:

➡️ Navigate to our Weekly Rates Booking Portal to check for availability
➡️ Make your booking by following the prompts
➡️ Check your email for your reservation confirmation

➡️ You then pay for your accommodation on arrival using Cash, NZ Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard
➡️ Please be aware - you can only receive our Ultimate Queenstown Landing Guide when you book our Weekly rate direct through our portal
What's the maximum time I can book for?
For Long-Term bookings, we typically cap these at 28 nights total.
When you make your reservation, you'll only be able to make it for 14 nights - our team can then extend this for your at the reception desk during your stay.
We reserve the right to limit a person's total number of nights to 28, regardless of how many reservations they make.
Is this a social hostel?
Yes! We aim to provide a social setting without a 'party' atmosphere.
We have weekly events for guests to enjoy and socialise, and you're welcome to enjoy our communal areas like our guest kitchen, lounge and reception seating area to meet like-minded people.
Just remember - we can provide the space, but atmosphere needs you! 😎
Is Queenstown expensive?
Great question - it is if you want it to be, but you can make plenty of smart decisions that save you $$

Absolootly! Queenstown is a very busy Winter destination, and availability can fill up fast.
Make sure to get your reservations in advance to confirm availability and pricing, as rates can increase or space can run out.
What are the Terms & Conditions for Weekly Rates?
There are some extra Terms & Conditions specific to Long Term Weekly Rate reservations, which are over and above our general Terms & Conditions.
Unless mentioned otherwise, at all times our general Terms & Conditions will apply. Weekly Rate guests are also subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
➡️ Weekly Rate reservations cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or membership offering, including those offered by 3rd parties
➡️ To receive a Weekly Rate reservation, you must make your reservation direct via our Weekly Rate Booking Portal, email, phone, or in person
➡️ Reservations can be made for 14 nights, with a maximum of 28 nights total for any guest or booking
➡️ To receive a Weekly Rate, reservations must be made for 7 nights consecutively - room type does not matter
