GROUP BOOKING INFORMATION – GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR BUDGET!

Coordinating large group trips can be tricky, particularly when you’re organising from afar, so allow Absoloot Hostel QT to help!  Our Managers have extensive experience in organising trips and activities for education groups and we are more than happy to take some of the stress out of your job.  Whether you’re organising a small or large group from school, college or university, or a social and activity group,

Queenstown has a variety of activities on offer to suit your needs, just as our Queenstown Hostel has a variety of accommodation styles to suit your needs!

What we can offer Groups with 12 or more guests:

– Generous discounts;

– Coordination of tours and activities;

– Complete itinerary coordination with Group Leader;

– Downstairs meeting area where you can rally the troops!

Take advantage of our comfortable and well-equipped guest rooms, with everything from 6-person rooms to premier Queen configurations over-looking Lake Wakatipu. 

Guests can also take time out from the group and relax in our communal areas – such as our 24hr guest lounge, comfortable reception greeting space, or the best hostel kitchen in New Zealand!  We have on-site storage facilities for bikes and ski-gear, a commercial laundromat for the days when a little bit of life-admin needs to take place, and fast/free high-speed wifi to stay in touch with the world.

Our friendly team can also help you to find and book an appropriate venue for any special nights out, give advice regarding the must see areas of our region, and just generally point you in the right direction for any and all of your needs.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept Stag/ Buck or Hen parties. Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs will also not be accommodated. Any groups abusing this rule will be evicted without refund.
