Our Winter packages have gotten even better and more flexible! You can book your accommodation on this portal at your leisure for dates between June 20th 2025 and October 12th 2025, and then use the discount code provided in your confirmation to book ANY activity across the whole South Island! From day passes with Cardrona Alpine Resort and Treble Cone, to Heli-Skiing, hot pools, or hang-gliding, we’ve got you covered!
We’ve also secured special pricing for our guests through QUEST Rentals for Ski/Snowboard equipment rental options downtown – so if you want to have the flexibility (and the best price) to secure rentals and store them with us, please get in touch to find out more once you’ve made your reservations!
* IMPORTANT: Once your promo code is used, the accommodation booking becomes non-refundable and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Winter Packages, available in the dropdown menu below. Please also see our general Terms & Conditions of stay here.
PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
– To receive a promo code, you must book on our Winter Packages Portal. Bookings via third parties, over the phone, via email or in person will not receive a promo code.
– Your accomodation booking and activity booking made with your promo code must be in the same guest name. Any promo activity bookings made in the names of people not staying in your booking will be cancelled. You must not pass your promo code to other people that are not part of your booking.
– Only bookings for 5 nights or more are eligible for a package deal or to receive a promo code. Bookings must be made between the 20th of June 2025 and the 12th of October 2025 (inclusive) to be eligible for the applicable accommodation rates and promo code.
– As per our normal Terms & Conditions, if you have children under the age of 18, the room needs to be booked out in full – under 18’s cannot be occupied in shared rooms with other guests, and if you attempt to do so our normal conditions of stay will apply.
– Rentals from Cardrona Alpine Resort and Treble Cone include skis + boots + poles or snowboard + boots only.
– Rentals from Quest Rentals can be specifically itemised, or be packages of equipment. Please get in touch once you’ve made your reservation to find out pricing and create a reservation.
– Cardrona Alpine Resort and Treble Cone consider the child age-group to include 2-17yr old
– General Cancellation Policy (including No-Shows):
- Guests that have utilised the promo code to make a booking are not eligible for cancellation.
- To receive a free cancellation, you must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date AND must not have used your promo code to book any of package options below.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or use the promo code given to you in your confirmation, you will not be eligible for a free cancellation and the credit card information supplied during your reservation confirmation will be charged in full (2.75% surcharge applies)
- If you are a no-show you will be charged in full to the credit card information supplied during your reservation confirmation (2.75% surcharge applies).
– Cardrona Alpine Resort and Treble Cone products are non-refundable for any reason once within their non-cancellation period – this includes injuries sustained before or during your package period, illness, bereavement, emergencies or otherwise. Please make yourself aware of all Terms & Conditions specific to each resort by reviewing the Cardrona Alpine Resort website and Treble Cone website – all activity bookings are subject to the operators’ Terms and Conditions, and it is up to participants to make themselves aware of any terms, conditions, and health + safety information available and provided by the operators.
– When booking activities, adventures and experiences via the portal, Please make yourself aware of the terms and conditions each operator prior to booking – all activity bookings are subject to the operators’ terms and conditions.
– Unless mentioned otherwise above, at all times our general Terms & Conditions will apply.
– Confirmation of your reservation confirms you accept responsibility for making yourself aware of all applicable Terms & Conditions.
– Confirmation of your reservation confirms your acceptance of all Winter Package Terms & Conditions, Absoloot Hostel QT Terms & Conditions, and individual operator Terms & Conditions accordingly.
